Uniform

Here at SAIL we encourage pupils to wear our uniform as much as possible. The wide range of uniform options at SAIL have been made available to support the neurodiverse school community – reflecting the specific sensory needs of many of our pupils. You can purchase our uniform with the embroidered logo from https://myclothing.com/. If your child requires a specific item or fabric that is not available on 'My Clothing' we just ask that purchases meet our uniform colour scheme. 

Additional uniform advice

Hair – hairstyles should be suitable for school. Rainbow colours and tram lines are examples of what is not suitable. 

Piercings – one stud earring in each ear is acceptable for school. More than one earring and facial piercings are not acceptable. All piercings should be taken out or covered for P.E., LOTC or physical and sensory sessions. 

Watches must not be SMART watches.  Other jewellery should not be worn unless you have discussed this with your child’s tutor/teacher – e.g. for religious reasons.
